AN AMERICAN FLAG BURNS ON CONSTITUTION AVENUE, WASHINGTON DC, SEPTEMBER 29, 2007 About half-way through the planned march, a group of anarchists broke away from the main march and blockaded Constitution Avenue near the intersection of Constitution and Third St. I'll have further video on the action later.
